[GNC] Problems setting up first OFX transaction download

I had a similar problem as my bank did not follow the OFX standard and
reused the same numbers for the transactions.
Hand editing the OFX file was successful, changing the numbers to
previously unused ones.

Have a look at the two files and see if that helps.
