[GNC] Quotes issue

I'm getting this error:

But...

This is perl 5, version 32, subversion 1 (v5.32.1) built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi
(with 47 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)

So why does gnc-fq-check think there is a mismatch?
