[GNC] Flathub does not install Gnucash ver. 4.10 flatpak, but only installs lower ver. 3.7

2: Command line expertise is pretty central to using Linux. Consider either spending some time learning how to use it or going back to Windows.

3: Yes, but you've already established that you're not able to install them, see answer 2.
