[GNC] Reinstall GnuCash after Ubuntu upgrade to 22.04

I looked here --
https://packages.ubuntu.com/jammy/gnucash
shows version 4.8 SHOULD be available to you. HOWEVER I have heard the new
Ubuntu release strongly pushes everything packaged in snaps. (I haven't
upgraded yet so I'm only going by some initial reviews.) I definitely don't
recommend installing the ancient unofficial GnuCash 2.6.21 app in the snap
store.

However the version in Ubuntu 21.10 "Impish" seemed to have been GnuCash
4.4, so it seems you got GnuCash 4.9 from somewhere else.

You may want to review your software sources. The software upgrader
probably disabled a PPA or some other non-official software source for
GnuCash.

The old repository you were using will be present in your sources but
commented out. Look in /etc/apt/sources.d/ for a separate file, or a
modification to your /etc/apt/sources.list file.

And if you're used to installing from the Ubuntu Software "store," you
might want to install using a terminal instead.
