[GNC] Reinstall GnuCash after Ubuntu upgrade to 22.04

Steve,

How did you upgrade? I'm still getting the not available message and I've
put off upgrading from 21.10 to 22.04 for the moment because of the
following in the release notes at

Upgrading from Ubuntu 21.10

Upgrades to 22.04 LTS are currently not enabled (due a bug with snapd and
update-notifier) but will be in the next couple of days.
