[GNC] MacOS - could not complete critical test of libdbi

There may be some useful error messages in the trace file--see https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Tracefile. If you're also on macOS and using version 11 or later console output is available again after many years of being sent to /dev/null. Open /Applications/Utilities/Console, select your computer from the sidebar, click start streaming in the middle of the window, and run your GnuCash or DBBrowser session. When done return to Console, click the pause button, and use the search bar for terms like gnucash and sqlite.

I've been encountering the DBI error intermittently in the last year or so too. I can't make it happen consistently enough to debug it, and it has never stopped me from being able to open a Sqlite3 file.
