James, I'm a new user too.  I am also most grateful to this community and I
hope I can help you too.

Most important information to me is what are you running on your computer?
If it is Windows there is a tool that allows you to capture a picture of
your screen.  It's called a "snipping tool".  Click on the windows icon in
your system tray and search for it.  It's very easy to use.  You can do all
or any part of the screen that you need.
