What is the correct function to use to increment the Job ID using Python bindings? There are a set of functions like book.CustomerNextID() which increment the other IDs, but there isn't an equivalent for Jobs. Also, when creating a job via gnucash.gnucash_business.Job the ID is not incremented automatically.
