[GNC] Zero balances in report

That's not it, you can see that the apply button is greyed out in the screenshot.

The report is summarizing all of the commodities held in some parent account including the zero balance ones. I'm not sure if that's a bug or a feature, but to get the display I think you want go to the Accounts tab of the report options dialog and increase the account depth so that the individual commodity accounts are displayed.
