[GNC] Is there a way to change font and font size (Windows 10 and 11)?

I found this wiki entry:

And I found this directory:

C:\Users\my-user-name\AppData\Local\gtk-3.0

I created the settings.ini file as shown in the wiki and set the new font
definition. But no changes are evident when I restart GnuCash.

Is there any way to do this on Windows 10 and 11?
