[GNC] Rounding discrepancy in payment processing

Hi Alaa,
I have tried duplicating what you report experiencing in GnuCash 4.12 running on
Linux Mint 21.0 (Vanessa) and do not get any of the behaviour you are reporting.
Invoice amounts are exactly as entered as are payment amounts in the payment
window and they are the same as the entered values both in the register and in
the Customer report and both that and the A/R ageing report have the correct
totals. I don't use the business features routinely, but I have a test account
that has a dummy customer and vendor in which I tried duplicating your entries

We are going to need a bit more detail to try and identify what may be causing
the behaviour you are experiencing.

What operating system are you using?
Are you up to date with all OS updates?
How are you installing 4.12 on your computer( downloaded image , flatpak, built
from source)?
Is the rounding occurring as you enter the amount in the invoice?
Is the rounding occurring in the payment window on entry
Is the amount shown in the A/R account register correct or rounded after posting
the invoice or making a payment?

As much detail as possible will help in identifying what is causing the problem.
