[GNC] MEMORIZING PAYEE ADDRESS

[forgot to copy the list the last time].

So when I pay from the account I sometimes find it works, and don’t know why only sometimes.   In the process payment dialogue attached to the bill there is a checkbox near the bottom left, not far from where you fill in the number, that says “print check” - if I recall correctly.  When I use that procedure I am now reliably getting addresses printed.  I know this hasn’t worked this way for all previous versions, but I’m not sure when it started working.
