[GNC] Vanguard OFX Access

Kalpesh,

If PocketSense downloads OFX files you don't need to do anything with the GnuCash bindings. Just use File>Import>Import OFX/QFX on the downloaded file.

Besides, the importers aren't accessible from the python bindings.
