[GNC] Uneven line spacing in Accounts list since 4.11

Adrien, you didn't say that you got rid of the multi-line note.  You can't just remove the note column from the display,  you have to delete the note or at least reduce to one line

Indeed, it is the multi-line note that causes it. But I can't get it to
go away no matter what I collapse and expand.
