[GNC] CC card balances

no, your screenshot did not make it through, probably because you sent it
as inline-HTML (which gets stripped) vs sending it as a MIME attachment
(which gets sent through).

Having said that, if you transfer from an Asset to the CC, that *IS* a
payment and the account *SHOULD* be negative.
