[GNC] Close books or start over?

Gnucash (the program) will let you keep any number of books (the data). 
After establishing a new set of books (a new file) you would still be 
able to access the old one. Just make sure you use different names << 
you open a new set of books ad get to name it when doing the first "save 
as" >>
