There is no such an option to download other versions. My other options are cvs files.

You mentioned that you downloaded file using  “Web Connect for Quicken 2018 and above?”. Can you try to download 2017 or earlier version and import it to see if that is abiding by stricter OFX format and happily works with GNC?
