[GNC] Changing the default Font

I'm pretty sure the file is supposed to be:

gtk-3.0.css, not
gtk-30.css

Also, it doesn't go in your 'My Documents' folder.

The wiki explains how to make these adjustments, the proper file name, 
and the proper file location for each operating system.
