[GNC] Changing the default Font

Got a new computer and realized that the default font setting I fixed years ago and now it does not want to apply.  When I upgrade, it always came along, so I did not have to worry.

Windows 11 user.  Version 4.10

Using the file gtk-30.css  (it is in my documents folder).

* {font: 12px arial, sans-serif;}     ---  is the contents of the folder

Always seem to work in the past - but now it is not.

I might be missing a step or setting - any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!
