[GNC] Gnucash on macOS Ventura

There is no such thing, read the rest of the thread.

One more thing: There can never be a 4.12.anything, we use only two parts for GnuCash releases. Flathub, macOS, and Win32 *packages* get suffixes, e.g. 4.12-1, 4.12-2, etc. when necessary to fix packaging problems, usually because I screwed something up but sometimes for updates in dependencies to fix significant bugs. macOS at present always starts off with -1. I suppose I should stop that with 4.900 to be consistent with the other two. Those packaging changes are always built from the same released GnuCash tag/tarball. If there's a bug in GnuCash itself that's so bad that we decide it needs a new release that release will get a new two-part number. 4.4 in December 2020 and 4.8 in September 2021 are examples of that.

John Ralls
