[GNC] Mac Installation 4.12 issue

Dragging .app packages from a .dmg to /Applications (or ~/Applications)
is standard for all MacOS apps not installed by the AppStore.

It is not particular to GnuCash.

Many Apps have made a handy /Applications shortcut in their .dmg main
folder to prompt the user to do so, but that is not required, or even
'standard' practice for MacOS apps.

If you look over the README, there are no specific detailed installation
instructions for *any* operating system. (nothing for MacOS, Windows,
Linux, BSD, etc.)

There *are* instructions for 'building & installing' which is a far
different process than what you are referring to. (and perhaps could
either be moved to the wiki entirely, or else re-titled to avoid confusion.)

It *may* be fine to add such instructions either in that file, or a
separate INSTALL file, but the best place to make that request would be
bugs.gnucash.org so the request/issue can be tracked.

Regards,
Adrien
