Norbert,
John is discussing a technical aspect of a migration of an existing data file, whereas you are asking about a brand new installation not presenting you with apparent next steps. In other words, not the same at all.
Your question received two answers: one terse but highly accurate; the second providing clarifying remarks for the first. Have you tried their recommendations yet?
