[GNC] android app was gnucash-user Digest, Vol 234, Issue 39

I just checked and found that the Android app called GnuCash is still in
the Google Play Store.   It has not been supported for several years now.
The developer has effectively abandoned it.  I think it was intended to be
a portable bucket to collect transactions for later import into the real
GnuCash.   Our developers are not supporting it.
