[GNC] Reports will not display on screen, print to file works

Near as I can tell, nothing is pinned.  GNC 5.0-1 just does not work 
with on screen reports (any of them), printing only (file and/or hard copy).

Webkit is current, at least according to Synaptic.

I'm at a loss.
