[GNC] Gnucash 5 - import transactions

I have now done some experiments and it is still not working for me.
I have since tried to delete all entries and start afresh, but whenever
I do a new import, no matching is offered. I look at the import map
editor and can see nothing wrong.
After the latest import, I took the same csv file, cut it down to two
entries (and changed date and amount to avoid reconciliation) but still
no match.
I have then just tried to redownload Gnucash 4.14 and start the import
of that same tets file, and then I get matches, so here it is working as
expected.
So in other words, bayesian matching is not working for me in Gnucash 5.0.
I am on an intel imac (2019) running Ventura (13.3.1).
Is there any way I can debug the matching process?

There were 5 invalid mappings, could very well be the explanation.
I have removed them, will see if it makes a difference when I do the
next import and will report back.
Thanks for the help.
