While Adrien is correct that there's a Brazilian mailing list, no-one in the development team reads or writes Portuguese so this is the right place to offer to translate. Please use English here. 

We'd be glad to have a Brazilian Portuguese translation of the documentation, but you need to know that it's quite a bit of work and there are some technical aspects that can be challenging: The documents are formatted using Docbook, an XML dialect, and you must use git and Github pull requests to submit your translation.
