[GNC] Advise me please: go up to 5.4.2 or stay at 4.13?

Thank you, Kalpesh. I did that yesterday (now I'm on 4.14). I don't even 
know for sure why I was on 4.13. Maybe that's where the program was when 
I finished with year-end data stuff last cycle …

I think I'll go up to 5.4 today and see what I think before I input data 
for 2023.
