[GNC] USAA OFX Direct connect stopped working

BTW, I also got the invalid signon from USAA this morning. I repeated the drill at https://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/OFX_Direct_Connect_Bank_Settings#USAA and got the exact same access id and pin. Once completed I was able to retrieve my transactions.
