[GNC] Help with counters problem

Hi Jim

Thanks for the reply.

I installed Gnucash 5.0 from an installer. Build ID: 5.0+(2023-03-25)
I use MySQL 8.0 as the backend DB
I'll have a go at reproducing on a file based set of accounts, but have 
not done this before so I may not be successful.
