[GNC] Exporting from QuickBooks / Importing to GnuCash

According to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/list-management/iif-overview-import-kit-sample-files-headers/L5CZIpJne_US_en_US IIF is a tab-separated-values format. You can import that with the CSV importer by setting the separator to Tab.
