[GNC] Signed installer for latest version

The "not downloaded often" message is different from the "unsigned" message.
I am familiar with both.
I just don't remember having to click "more" and then "download anyway" after an unsigned message when I previously installed gnucash.

There is no signed version, that I know of.  Windows tells me the program is not downloaded often.  I always have to tell windows to keep and open anyway.

I downloaded 5.1 yesterday but got an error on Windows that it is unsigned.
Will there be a signed version?
