No, it has proved to be too hard to get a certificate for Derek's build machine. Use the sha-256 hash published in the release notes to check the integrity of gnucash-x.x.setup.exe. The powershell command is https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/microsoft.powershell.utility/get-filehash?view=powershell-7.3.
