[GNC] Tax report options

That's perhaps because you hold foreign stocks only through mutual funds. The brokers I've used over the years (mostly Smith Barney and Schwab) report foreign tax withheld on statements as part of reporting dividends on individual foreign stocks that I hold via ADRs.
