[GNC] Is this a legit part of the bug process, or is it spam?

FYI, I also received emails from automation at samunnatiagro.atlassian.net 
and jira at samunnatiagro.atlassian.net after my first posting to this 
newsgroup.  I using Thunderbird to read the list through news.gmane.io
