[GNC] Is this a legit part of the bug process, or is it spam?

I suspect it's a coincidence..
Or someone is scraping names and feeding them into something that feeds
them into atlassian.

A few notes:

1) I haven't recieved anything from atlassian, and I've been sending to
the lists.
2) I don't see anything in the GnuCash (or my personal) mail logs
indicating anything going to or coming from atlassian
3) There is no indication in any of the atlassian emails that I've seen
indicating that the trigger was a message to/from a GnuCash list.

So without additional data, I think we should drop this topic from here,
because I see no indication (yet) it is related.
