[GNC] List of gnucash packages available in flathub looks limited

If you don't want to update to the latest Flatpak version of GnuCash you
can change that in the Software Manager. That way your flatpak updates
are held until you are ready to accept them.

I see the same for the desktop shortcut command, but I don't think it is
an issue since everything is working correctly.
