[GNC] Same currency pair, two places, same date

I was wrong; same month/day, different years.
I saw June 30 in both places, but failed to notice the different years.
Under COP, the USD entries ended July 19, 2023.
Under USD, the COP entries started July 30, 2023 and go to today.
Those are for Finance::Quote entries.
I try to update the Price Database each Saturday.
That is for both currencies and stocks.
