Or for those familiar with using "cpan" or "cpanm", simply:

"cpan Finance::Quote" or "cpanm Finance::Quote"

As Mr. Losey stated, if you don't pull quotes or the methods you 
selected to get quotes work fine, there is no requirement to upgrade.
