[GNC] Finance-Quote 1.64 released!

On Windows I generally just re-run the "Install Online Price Retrieval for
GnuCash" menu item under Gnucash on the start menu - Start >> Programs >>
Gnucash >> Install Online Price Retrieval for GnuCash, seems to work like a
charm - see below pic.
