[GNC] Problem with auto generation of entries

Geoff,

First, go to Edit > Preferences > Scheduled Transactions and uncheck the
box "Run when data file opened"

This will stop the duplication of entries along with the [possible]
incrementation of counters that is happening as bad [and also good]
scheduled transactions are created.

Since you are unable to submit an image, take an example of a bad SX and
describe the text in the entry that seems to be triggering the dialog.

I would also like to note that I have sometimes had a bad SX develop which
had no visible error, but the only way that I could solve the problem was
to delete the SX and create a new SX
