[GNC] OFX Direct Connect from Bank of America

I am trying to get OFX Direct Connect working with Bank of America, and have been reading 
thru these two pages:

I have tried contacting the bank to get it enabled, however they tell me they don't know 
what I am talking about and so they can't do it.
Are these two links above still valid, or are they out of date?
