[GNC] need help fixing a user entry error

I have a couple of Bank accounts in my GnuCash

 

I was manually entering the data from some old statements when I made the
error.

I accidentally Reconciled both accounts before noticing the error.

Example:                                         increase         decrease

---------------------------------------------------------------

Date                - Checking:     -   $100

                           Imbalance   -
$100

---------------------------------------------------------------

Same Date    Savings                                             $100

                           Imbalance   -     $100

----------------------------------------------------------------


 

The two registers are reflecting the same transaction,  but due to entry
error,

They are not the same transaction in GnuCash.

 

I want to ask before I mess things up since both accounts are reconciled.

What is the best way to fix this?   I was going to Delete one of the
transactions

And correct the "imbalance" to point to the other account.   But I don't
want to 

Have issues with future reconciliation.    Is there a better way?
