[GNC] Account Total not matching Account Balance

Thank you all for your suggestions. I definitely don't have future
transactions or sub-accounts. I tried displaying the various totals, and
the only accurate one is the *Reconciled *total. It is worth nothing that
this issue only happens for one account. All others have an accurate Total.
