[GNC] Account Total not matching Account Balance

In that case I think you have an entry -- might be hidden -- in that account somewhere that is part of the total that cannot be seen or otherwise ...

You might be able to find the errant entry like this:

- Double click on the account from CoA window to open the account register
- In the account register, click on "View" -> "Filer By"
- Click on the "Status" tab in the "Filter Notes & reminders by ..." window
- If all options are checked then uncheck the "Reconciled" and click the 'OK' button.


Is the total off by few cents (or equivalent in your local currency)?

Thank you all for your suggestions. I definitely don't have future transactions or sub-accounts. I tried displaying the various totals, and the only accurate one is the *Reconciled *total. It is worth nothing that this issue only happens for one account. All others have an accurate Total.
