[GNC] Problem updating currency exchange rates on Mac (gnc-fq-update and manual install failed)

Something’s missing or mis-installed. Try running
/Applications/Gnucash.app/Contents/MacOS/gnucash-cli -Q info
on the command line. It should emit a diagnostic indicating what’s missing. If it doesn’t you can try
~/.cpan/build/Finance-Quote-1.66-0/Examples/currency-lookup USD GBP
(or any other currency pair you like).
