[GNC] How to Trigger Immediate Entry of a Scheduled Transaction?

Glad you saw it... as I initially noted, I don't know that when you select
"To Create" if it uses today's date or the scheduled date, but at least it
is entered and it is quite simple to change it earlier. (I just
experimented - when you select "To Create", it uses the scheduled date, not
today, but it is easy to go to the transaction and adjust the date to today.
