[GNC] “Rate” column

Thank you both for your help! I won’t keep fiddling about with column
widths anymore. I kept making things worse! But finally figured out how to
put it back the way it was (though I did get ride of the RATE column). Good
to know I ain’t the only one who’s had issues with the way it works. But,
even with column weirdness, it all works fine for me.
