[GNC] “Rate” column

Hi Edwin,
Once you understand that only the description column automatically fills
the remaining window real estate you've cracked it :-) If you make another
column wider/smaller the Description column generally auto adjusts to grab
what's left.
What I usually do is work from right to left i.e. starting with the Balance
column double click each header in turn forgetting about the Description
column for the moment. Why the right hand side first, well if I leave the
Balance column until last it's generally pushed off the screen and hidden
so I work in reverse order.
After I have all the other columns sorted I then adjust the Description
column by double clicking on that header - sometimes it works and sometimes
it doesn't. If double clicking the Description header doesn't give me the
width I expected I then left click and hold the right side column header
delimiter of the Description column and drag it left a few cm's and let it
go. It then usually snaps to the width expected.
Also I'm not sure you're aware of this, but in the Accounts tab itself
there is a drop down arrow on the far right. You can click on it to
display a list of column headers that you can then use the checkboxes to
turn on and off various columns that you would like to see on that
particular tab.
Cheers David H.
