[GNC] File storage locations

I've got 4 Data Sets and each is stored in a distinct directory.

Gnucash -> Home -> Data -> home.gnucash & logs
                -> other stuff (scanned bills and receipts, statements)
                with other subdirectories

There are then 3 other directories at the same level as "Home".
