[GNC] Unrealized gain/loss

Although I am not familiar with the exact issue here, as I’ve never seen a reported unrealized gain in this context, the example you give must be wrong one way or another.

The gain you describe is absolutely a realized gain (not unrealized), so if Gnucash reports it as unrealized it’s a bug. Alternatively, perhaps the example is not appropriate in that that’s not what’s happening here.
